As a trainer you are responsible for delivering live and self-learning training programs to enable a continuous learning environment. You will use best practices to support the team's learning process, producing easy to absorb content and assist in driving behavioral change. You will address needs identified during task analyses and interviews, and improve the knowledge and understanding of the care teams & internal partners.

Verantwoordelijkheden
  • Review customer feedback and agents and team lead performances with team members to continually improve the customer learning experience.
  • Lead training sessions professionally and attentively to create training session where attendees are satisfied, and open learning environment is promoted.
  • Collaborate with the team and wider organization to develop short self-learning sessions to keep.
  • Stay up to date with the latest GitLab feature releases and incorporate them into training deliveries.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for certification program design and assessment development.
  • Meet all milestones and final deliverables by deadlines; when delays do occur, work with the team to estimate, monitor, adjust, and proactively communicate revised deadlines as needed
Kwalificaties

· 3+ years related work experience as trainer and / or instructional design in b2c support or sales training environments.

· Experienced in designing and developing training programs across delivery mediums and content types (e-learning, video, gamification, virtual learning, live simulation, and live classroom)

· Demonstrated experience working in a B2C service or retail in industry is preferred

· Is capable of operating in an ever-changing, project-driven environment with a strong sense of customer journey impact and able to adjust training and enablement instructional materials accordingly.

· Strong oral and written communication skills and diverse experience working with internal & external customers in both live and virtual environments

· Proven ability to clearly articulate processes and procedures in simple terms is essential

· Excellent team player

· Must be detail oriented and have strong sense of ownership (?) needing minimal supervision

· Experience with modern elearning tools & knowledge bases

· Working knowledge of various client facing software used by service and sales departments to support or process requests.
