You are responsible for
Managing the backlog of a team that is responsible for manual and automatic testing of our innovative solutions at system level
Creating, refining and prioritizing the team backlog to autonomously achieve and maintain targeted business objectives
Defining stories, establishing acceptance criteria and accepting them into the baseline / final plan
Managing dependencies towards teams, projects and other stakeholders
Aligning continuously with project managers, test leads and other stakeholders and prioritizing the backlog accordingly
Co-defining key success criteria with stakeholders of epics, capabilities and features
Preparing and participating in the program increment planning
Formulating improvements within the domain of expertise such as technical and process improvements
You are a part of
Image Guided Therapy (IGT), a business unit in Philips Healthcare, located in our Campus in Best. We provide integrated solutions that advance minimally invasive procedures. We help healthcare providers to decide, guide, treat and confirm the right care in real time during the procedure to enable better outcomes for each patient and at population level.
You will be part of the Interventional Applications Cluster of R&D. This cluster plays a crucial role in the development and maintenance of clinical solutions for our customers. We build and maintain about 20 advanced interventional applications used in conjunction with our interventional X-ray systems in hospitals. These are highly innovative 2D and 3D navigational applications used during minimally invasive procedures.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
Master’s degree in Engineering related discipline
5+ years of experience in a product development environment (medical preferred)
Experience in SAFe product owner role
Experience in the system test domain preferred
Outstanding stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills
Strong leadership skills, decisive and result driven
