As Customer Service associate you work autonomously for Integrated Planning with a
responsibility for order management for both Export and Contract manufacturing, working
together closely with the sales team and customers. You are reporting into the Manager Customer
Service Export. Next to being single point of contact towards customers you secure the order to
cash process, manage a good phase in phase out and are on top of potential risks. On top of that
you are open to support on ad hoc issues and projects.
We are looking for a new driven colleague with a can-do mindset who can support in good relation
management with internal and external stakeholders who is also focused on the business.
Someone who can work autonomously and take responsibility and accountability who sees
opportunities and risks coming.
Your most important responsibilities are:
• Order management MTO
• Customer master data management
• Complaint handling
• Manage phase in phase outs
• CMA – drive changes with stakeholders, special care
• Close to market dynamics, on top of healthy stock positions at customer

Customer Service is close to market dynamics and represents the voice of the customer within our
Integrated Supply Planning. The export team members are stationed in The Netherlands, Denmark
and Italy. Your daily workplace would be in Eersel - The Netherlands
