Internship: New Business Models

Job Description

Start: as soon as possible, ideally June 2021

Duration: 6 months

Thesis Support: please discuss your needs with Recruiter

Hours: full time (40 hours/ week preferred)

Location: Amsterdam / homeworking dependent on safety restrictions

In this role, you have the opportunity to

Learn hands-on, different aspects of how to scale-up and roll-out new-to-the-market propositions in a dynamic Digital environment and be part of the transition towards a more Direct To Consumer approach. Specifically, you’ll support the global Geographical roll-out of Grooming and Beauty New Business Models with focus on subscriptions.

You are responsible for

  • Provide general Project Management support in country roll-outs.
  • Following-up with relevant teams members, those Key activities required for launching on time
  • Ensure proper information flow between teams analyze performance data and present conclusions
  • Analyze Business performance data and elaborate customized reports with findings and recommendations
  • Create and maintain deployment documentation. Example: Business rationale presentations, Ways of working, learning summaries etc
  • Capture and co-analyze data to determine Business Opportunities in coming years
  • Learning and de-briefing proposition following-up on agreed actions
  • Support as required, other V&S team members on their New Business Model initiatives

You are a part of

Beauty Ventures and Solutions, which is a dynamic and cross functional team of T-shaped “intrapreneurs” developing and scaling New Business Models. You will report into the front-end venture and solution leader and work into close coordination with the Subscription Program Manager.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and background:

  • Final year bachelor’s degree / masters ideally in Business Management, Marketing, e-commerce or Project Management
  • An affinity for Project Management and general Marketing skills
  • Clear communication across different disciplines, excellent written and spoken English language
  • Strong data analysis, structured approach to task definition and follow-up
  • A proactive attitude who naturally takes initiative and has independence of thought
