Buying Operations Coordinator Amsterdam

Do you have 1 to 3 years experience with order placement and orderbook maintenance in SAP within a fast paced international environment? For one of our clients, an international fashion & lifestyle brand, we are recruiting for 2 Buying Operations Coordinator positions. In this role you will be responsible for order placement and orderbook maintenance in SAP:

  • Place seasonal and adhoc purchase orders;
  • Data management across the several systems;
  • Monitor vendor On Time Delivery and advise shipping mode.


  • Education: HBO / University degree or equivalent in Business, supply chain, Logistics or equivalent;
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience in a fast moving international environment;
  • Experience in Fashion industry and/or Supply Chain is an advantage;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint), Advanced Excel skills required;
  • Analytical and result orientated mind-set;
  • High level of accuracy and problem solving skills;
  • Comfortable working under pressure with deadlines;
  • Pro active, supportive, and hands-on mentality;
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
