As our Customer Service Representative, you are a part of the Customer Service team. You take responsibility for inside sales, managing and maintaining customer satisfaction and loyalty through the customer order process.

Being the extension of EMEA sales force you ensure product supply to the customer. Processing and handling of orders at the department. Handling of incidents, complaints and questions from customers and advising and assisting colleagues in order related topics, commerce and technical questions.

This position is based in Gorinchem, The Netherlands and reports to the Customer Service Manager.

Please note: strong communication skills in Dutch is a must!



 ⦁Practicing best-in-class communication with internal and external customers

⦁Handling sample requests

⦁Analyzing order patterns, suggesting improvements and flagging deviations

⦁Managing light accounts and supporting sales managers

⦁Problem solving: handling of complaints and incidents, including progress monitoring and follow-up

⦁Order entry

⦁Timely and accurate invoicing

⦁Issuing credits and performing re-bills

⦁Keeping price information up to date

⦁Maintaining customer database

⦁Collecting and analyzing data for optimization



As our new Customer Service Representative, we need you to go the extra mile, to embody our behaviors and show the following competencies: Excellent communication skills and the ability to problem solve, highly organized and be able to analyze information objectively.


A successful candidate will also have:

 ⦁The ability to act and communicate on a BA level

⦁Advanced English, German is highly appreciated

⦁Experience in a customer facing role in a business to business environment

⦁Experience in the manufacturing industry is advantageous

⦁Knowledge of Microsoft applications including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word. Experience with SAP is highly beneficial

⦁Must be able to multi-task and perform cross-functional duties successfully

⦁Strong commercial skills and social abilities

⦁Passion for building and maintaining customer relations and satisfaction
