In this exciting new role you will have the opportunity to
Take up the challenge to support the commercial success of our Image Guided Therapy Devices (IGT-D) team in the International Market. With a team specialized in commercial policy, pricing and marketing intelligence, you will work closely together with the Marketing and Education Leader in the further strategic development of the IGTD business and deployment of Sales Excellence initiatives in the International market space.
You are responsible for
Putting in place the enablers for commercial success of our Image Guide Therapy Devices teams through business reporting and analysis, strong commercial insight, excellent people skills, a strong program management approach and in close cooperation with all stakeholders
Acting as trusted advisor to the IGT-D Marketing team by providing business analytics, sales execution and performance analytics and commercial transformation
Developing and executing sales improvement projects in line with management team’s top performance priorities
Deploying the global and local sales training programs on sales behaviors and competencies
Commercial Policy and Pricing strategy and execution for IGTD International markets.
Act as subject matter expert (SME) and ensure IGTD specific requirements during the integration within the local Philips IT landscape SFDC CRM & Apptus.
Enabling and driving Customer focused selling in the Markets
Acting as the Subject Matter Expert to bring targeted solutions (data and analytics) as a result of problem solving.
Working within a global team of peers to improve sales excellence (strategy and deployment)
Working closely together with IGT-D International Marketing Team, Training and Education Team and with the IGT One IGT teams in the markets
You will be part of
The Central IGT-D organization supporting International markets and will report to the Head of Marketing and Education for IGT-D International. You will be based in our Brussels office, occasionally travel to the markets will be required.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
Bachelor or Master degree in Economics/Business Administration/Marketing & Sales Commercial
Strong business acumen, preferably in the Healthcare Commercial Domain and experience in business analysis
Experience in Sales Operations or Sales management with an affinity for continuous improvement
At least 5 years exposure to sales and sales performance coaching, sales excellence
Knowledge/experience in change and project management
Strategic and conceptual thinker
Eagerness to make an impact and good influencing skills
Fluency in English both verbal and written, (knowledge of French, Dutch and/or German is a strong asset)
