Job Description

As a facility manager you are responsible for performing facility activities in and around the buildings of Eurofins Central Laboratory.

  • Coordinate and execute all facility matters in and around the building
  • Point of contact for issues in and around the building and solve these issues
  • Carry out small renovations and repairs
  • Manage various systems including climate control systems, building management systems, access, security and the freezer park
  • Communicate with both the internal customer and external contacts such as suppliers, municipality etc. and help with and ensure proper execution of the work
  • Make sure the process of waste streams is executed correctly
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 3 years’ relevant working experience
  • Knowledge of and experience with electrical engineering and building management systems
  • Minimum of MBO working- and thinking level
  • Technical background
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Pro-active attitude, flexible, anticipates problems quickly and accurately
  • Hands on mentality
  • Organization and change management skills are required
  • Knowledge of MS Office
  • Willing to cooperate in accessibility services
  • Basic knowledge of the English language is required
