As an experiment designer you are making the difference by creating and managing online and offline experiments for a wide variety of propositions in a dynamic environment. Your goal is to prove we identify key customer problems and develop solutions customers really want.
This Experiment Designer job offers you a monthly salary of € 4.206,69 to € 6.009,65 euro gross for working 36 hours a week, depending on your knowledge and experience. The job requires fluency in Dutch and proficient English.
Your impact as an Experiment Designer at NN
Your ultimate goal is to have a deeper understanding of our customer needs and guide the solution development process by setting up quantitative experiments. The insights you gather, you enrich through quantitative research methods. You understand the need to differentiate between initial consumer appeal for solution directions and real, validated purchase intent. You will challenge our Proposition Leads by asking the right questions, set up the experiments and by showing the correct usage of data. You’ll join the project with your innovation mindset and growth hacking skillset. With creativity, you come up with the best possible approach to set up an experiment and to analyze and interpret the data.

You will be part of our Booster team, which is a relatively new team of approximately 11 to 13 colleagues (Customer Experts, Experiment Designers and Innovation Coaches). We regularly work with freelancers to handle different projects at the same time. Our Booster team is part of the Strategic Transformation Office (60 colleagues) within NN Group. Our focus is on innovative development of winning propositions for various services. We are the internal innovation agency, that brings expertise in testing and developing new business models and concepts, from initial idea to market launch.
