Are you an experienced fulltime Customer Support professional in a Business to Business environment and familiar with the French market, then
our client is looking for you.

The position of Customer Support is a sales technical support position within a technical environment.

General Responsibilities;

  • Develop and maintain close relationships and contacts with dealers;
  • Technical knowledge and support of Extron product portfolio;
  • Provide excellent customer service;
  • Issue and follow-up on quotations;
  • Handle customer requests;
  • Coordinate the School attendees each month (participating during lunches and/or dinners with customers).

  • 2 years of experience in a B2B customer service department;

  • Ability to prioritize tasks and requests;
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced professional office environment.
