Your impact as a HR Junior Leadership Development specialist
Our (future) leaders are extremely important when it comes to achieving NN’s strategic goals, embodying the NN culture and inspiring our colleagues and stakeholders. To stimulate and accelerate their impact, various leadership programmes are being developed. And you can play an important role in that!
Together with the Leadership Development specialist you are supporting our managers in being the best version of themselves by building and implementing the development programme portfolio for this target group. You have a coordinating role in organizing the programmes and you ensure that the NN Group leadership programmes run smoothly. In addition, you think along and deliver input on content related issues. Your days are diverse and will be characterized by you taking charge of the operational organisation and often also communication issues, in order to make these programmes a true success.

This job is positioned in the Human Capital Development (HCD) team within Group HR. This is one of the expertise teams. You will be working very closely together with the Leadership Development Specialist. In addition, the team consists of other HCD colleagues who are developing related topics, varying from Learning & Development and Performance Management, to Talent Management, the Traineeship and Diversity & Inclusion. You will work together with other HR (business) and NN colleagues (Procurement, Finance, Communication etc), external partners with whom we design the programmes and of course with the target group for leadership development.
