Employment agency Manpower is looking for an executive project assistant for a internationally client in the Amsterdam area.



In your job as an executive project assistant, you will work closely with a top executive who is responsible on a global level. Without you the process of executing the Strategic Business Development initiatives will come to a full stop real quick. When it comes to completing critical administrative, communication and technical duties you are of the utmost importance!


In this role you will execute the following working activities:

  • Defining and aligning top executives’ agendas and priorities
  • Coordinating executive communication with external stakeholders
  • Assisting executives in critical meetings
  • Supporting social media and persona branding initiatives
  • Creating marketing materials for sales, business development and strategic partnerships
  • Maintaining the CRM-system regarding new sales opportunities

You will be working for a large tech company which main focus is to help start-ups go through digital transformations. Their main area of expertise is within logistics to help flourish the supply chain by digitally transforming it from end-to-end. Solutions provided by your employer are amongst the top-tier within the market. The office in the Amsterdam area is brand new and is one of their newest offices outside of the United States. Unfortunately, right now we cannot give you any more information about your future employer. Working hours

The working hours in this role are between office hours, yet you do not mind finishing certain working activities before the end of the working day. Of course, we do not expect you to work around the clock, just the right type of flexibility in order to reach the company’s objectives.


  • At least a bachelor’s degree in the field of project management
  • Excellent command of the English language both written and spoken
  • Availability of 40 hours per week
  • At least five years of working experience as a project manager, project assistant, or project manager officer (if you have previous experience as executive assistant you will have an advantage)


Living in or near the Amsterdam area, for example in Haarlem, Utrecht, Almere or Hoofddorp is a bonus, but not a must!
