Account Manager Industry

You are experienced as an Account Manager Industry. With your knowledge you bring value to MolGen. You look for improvement at our customers on sight and are used to act as an advisor. Structural you keep in touch with your prospects. MolGen is seeking a sales professional for its growing suite of life sciences equipment and consumables serving customers engaged in academic, governmental, pharmaceutical and biomedical laboratories and research. 

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Become an expert in Molgen product features, benefits and use cases
  • Introduce new products and services to customers as applicable
  • Work with marketing and sales team members to drive attendance at Molgen tradeshows and other events and follow up on leads
  • Responsible for onboarding and integrating new clients, exceptional client service including resolving complaints and preventing additional issues by working with the customer experience and other internal teams to improve our products and processes 
  • Monitor and analyze customer's usage of our product

About MolGen:

MolGen is a young, dynamic and fast-growing company, active in the field of molecular biology and specialized in the technology to purify DNA / RNA from various materials. In addition, MolGen sells innovative and total solutions and MolGen continuously develops new products and services to meet the ever-changing demand of the market. At the moment MolGen is very active in the field of extraction chemistry and equipment to scale up the COVID-19 test capacity.

As an Account Manager Industry you have multiple years of successful experience in a life sciences related field required, specialty sales experience with life sciences equipment and consumables is definite plus. You also have the following qualities:

  • MSc/BSc/BA in related discipline or advanced degree as applicable to role
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, action oriented and passionate Excellent customer-service and teamwork orientation
  • Strong key account management, project management, and critical thinking skills.
  • Superior communication skills and competencies in relationship building, problem solving, impact and influence in complex, multiple stakeholder environments (i.e. scientists, project leads and executives)
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, action oriented and passionate Excellent customer-service and teamwork orientation
