Customer focus, networking, being result driven and the ability to inspire and influence are clearly essential for the role of Talent Sourcer. In addition, it's important that you recognize everything in the checklist below:
Bachelor’s Degree; plus a minimum of 2 years relevant sourcing experience;
Experience and solid understanding of how to source for analytical profiles in a banking environment and also using different social media;
Affinity with Customer Due Diligence / Know Your Customer and Data & Analytics profiles is strongly preferred;
Experience with working in an agile environment is preferred;
Demonstrated ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast paced environment often with tight deadlines;
Cultural sensitivity, including the ability to work with people from diverse backgrounds;
Fluency in both Dutch and English is required (verbal and written).
