This is what you’ll be doing as a Interim Recruiter:

You will be responsible for owning the full 360 recruitment process for all roles across our business, both Tech and Non-Tech (Sales, Customer Care, Marketing, Legal, Finance well as Engineering, Data and Product) across our main 3 markets – NL, UK and Germany. This includes setting up a hiring strategy per role, sourcing, interviewing and scheduling interviews for candidates, getting feedback as well as working closely with and liaising directly with hiring managers.

You will be part of our small TA team of 2 and will provide an amazing candidate experience for all candidates/potential colleagues.

You’re an enthusiastic, innovative thinker who never settles for ‘good enough’. You’re always trying to improve. To develop solutions faster. To make our systems run better. You’re driven, analytical, flexible and critical. And you’re a great communicator. You have: 

  • At least 5+ years’ experience in an in house recruiter position with similar responsibilities (international, technology and/or fast paced environment);
  • Experience working on a variety of roles and able to “hit the ground running'
  • Experience with sourcing, sometimes difficult to find, professionals
  • You should have a data driven mentality, and be someone who uses data to tell a story
  • A broad experience with social media platforms (LinkedIn has no secrets for you);
  • The ability to maintain recruitment databases effectively. Experience with Greenhouse is a big plus;
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English. A 2nd European language preferred (ideally Dutch or German)
