Wat ga je doen?

International Affairs (IA) supports and promotes the international activities of HVHL. In addition, we give policy advice to the Executive Board and the management of the study programs on issues relating to internationalization.

You will support the on-boarding process of foreign students by coordinating and performing a range of tasks such as:

  • Coordination of the international online open days and pre-arrival webinars
  • Preparation for the participation in online education fairs
  • Serve as recruitment contact for students and agents
  • Support the continuation of scheduled marketing campaigns
  • Liaise on behalf of International Affairs with the divisions of Marketing and Communication, Student Services Centre and the educational teams

Wat vragen we van jou?

What are your qualities?

  • Bachelor degree in the field of communication (or related field) and/or proven experience in international student recruitment
  • You can handle a high degree of responsibility for your own duties, you handle tasks efficiently and accurately, and you manage time well
  • You can present content through the use of on-line webinars
  • You speak and write English fluently. Knowledge of German is an advantage
  • You have a multi-cultural mindset and like to talk with people from various cultural backgrounds
  • You have good networking skills, you are a problem-solver and service oriented
