The Portfolio Leader who is globally responsible for the strategic commercial success of IoT services portfolio (e.g. IoT Hub, EDGE Computing) and is accountable for owning the Portfolio across the clusters (Connected Care, Precision Diagnose and Image-Guided Therapy). The Portfolio leader translates the Business (Cluster) coordinated Marketing/Portfolio strategy into effective Portfolio innovation roadmaps including creation of new platforms/business model innovations, growth of the portfolio, and lifecycle management. The Portfolio leaders ensures focus on targeted needs spaces that are deeply rooted in validated customer or consumer insights. The Portfolio Leader owns Operational KPIs, portfolio management.
You are responsible for
Responsible for developing a winning Portfolio Strategy & Roadmap, aligned with the Cluster and Business Priorities with focus on NPIs and ‘’go to market’’ models
Work with cluster portfolio, Portfolio and business marketing leaders to develop Portfolio strategy, including Portfolio choices, rationalization, harmonization and standardization
Own the services Portfolio and ensures it is scalable and crafted end-to-end across the domains of Marketing, commercial operations, service operations and technology
Provides input to the Marketing Cluster team in terms of new opportunity area identification, based on consumer/ customer needs and future portfolio requirements, incl their viability (cost of entry, technical)
Translates Business Cluster integrated value propositions into Portfolio value proposition and product / solution roadmaps.
Leads creation of Value Propositions based on deep customers Insights and validate through customer testing framework and ensures consistency throughout all deliverables, and develops relevant enablers for Markets to enable revenue and profitability targets
Perfect New Product Introduction
Accountable for the end to end success of NPIs as per the VPC & PDLM process incl. concept feasibility testing, market development, launch readiness, execution and market adoption in partnership with Business Development Managers and key markets.
Lifecycle & Performance Management
Leads lifecycle management and value creation of installed base. Provides input for lifecycle marketing programs to drive balanced growth
Owns lifecycle strategy including upgrades and phase in-phase out based on the deep understanding of installed base, product/solution utilization and post-market adoption.
Owns the business performance of the Portfolio and identify corrective actions

The services portfolio marketing team, responsible for our global Services portfolio. We work in a highly motivated team and predominantly work with partners in markets and business across the globe. Our team is a multi-cultural marketing team consisting of product managers, program managers and performance managers. We operate in an open atmosphere and is characterized by a “self-starting” mentality and crafting your own focus areas after collaborating with the various partners. The work location is Best, The Netherlands
To succeed in this exciting role, you should have the following skills and experience
8+ years of international marketing experience in customer industry incl. relevant healthcare experience
Proven affinity with healthcare and medical technology and or experience in marketing technology, healthcare or medtech products or solutions (preferred)
University level education (preferably in computer science and/or Information Technology)
Ability to partner and influence (senior) partners in a sophisticated organizational construct
Bringing people together and aligning them around common goals
Motivated by a strong customer centric and external focus
Experience in building and leading a portfolio of IoT technology services
Experience and strong domain knowledge in IoT Technology / remote enablement Services
Problem Solving skills. Able to find solutions to difficult or sophisticated issues
Willingness to travel up to 10%
