The Ecommerce team is responsible for managing the European owned-and-operated tommy.com and calvinklein.com sites across all European markets. The team executes all necessary functions to manage the Ecommerce business end-to-end. Both brands are growing at a rapid pace and have very ambitious growth targets for the coming years.
The team is 115+ people strong and will expand significantly by the end of the year. Our team consists of highly motivated and skilled professionals from various cultural backgrounds and nationalities, making it an inspiring environment to work in.
As the own-and-operated Ecommerce business is one of the main growth opportunities for both brands, there is a high focus in the organization to support the Ecommerce expansion.
As part of our Site Merchandise team, you will be working on delivering the best possible experience to Tommy.com consumers alongside Merchandising, Planning and Master Data teams.
As a Site Merchandiser Coordinator, your main responsibility is to maximize conversion and sales opportunities by addressing specific market needs in relation to different traffic channels within Tommy.com funnel.
Within a fast-paced team, you expected to have commercial acumen and understanding of ecommerce within the fashion industry. The challenge is to pursue business tactical initiatives, investigating product performance by following actual consumer behaviour and trends.
The candidate should have the desire to get hands on product presentation, executing Site Merchandise strategies while developing practical knowledge on our tools capabilities.
Understanding on e-commerce KPI's and ability to act upon insights on Site Merchandise topics: sorting rules, filter optimization & internal search.
Analyze traffic patterns across different product categories within our European stores, developing market specific strategies supporting the commercial calendar.
Execute rules strategies, improving conversion in relation to specific navigation journeys through all European stores.
Analyze and Communicate weekly metrics on relevant product categories to the wider team, highlighting conversion opportunities, supporting in-season trade.
The Ideal Candidate:
Flexible and team player, comfortable working in a fast-paced and fast-changing environment.
Good analytical skills and attention to detail.
1-2 years of relevant experience in Ecommerce.
Strong communication skills, being able to deliver your message to a variety of stakeholders.
Fluent in English and preferably one other European language.
Understanding on Ecommerce Analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics is a must.
Understanding on Site Merchandise tools (Fredhopper), sorting rule setting is a plus.
Ability to work independently, while supporting the team on cross-functional projects.
