(Senior) Technician Genetics, focused on planning and execution of experiments in the field of industrial biotechnology. The ideal candidate would bring:
- Detailed knowledge and skills in genetic engineering concepts and molecular biology techniques, like PCR, DNA assembly, DNA purification, DNA sequencing, DNA transformation, gene expression, etc.
- Physiology and cell biology knowledge of microbial systems (bacterial-yeast-fungi).
- Interested in laboratory automation and use of data-management systems.
- Experienced in microbial protein/metabolite production/strain development.
