Customer service Representative

Voor een internationaal bedrijf in Gorinchem zijn wij op zoek naar een Customer Service medewerker voor 40 uur per week. De functie is voor minimaal 6 maanden maar er bestaat kans op een vaste aanstelling. Het is belangrijk dat je de Engelse taal goed kunt spreken en schrijven. As our Customer Service Representative, you are a part of the Customer Service team. You take responsibility for inside sales, managing and maintaining customer satisfaction and loyalty through the customer order process.
Being the extension of EMEA sales force you ensure product supply to the customer. Processing and handling of orders at the department. Handling of incidents, complaints and questions from customers and advising and assisting colleagues in order related topics, commerce and technical questions.

• The ability to act and communicate on a BA levelAdvanced Dutch, English, German is highly appreciated
• Experience in a customer facing role in a business to business environmentExperience in the manufacturing industry is advantageous
• •Must be able to multi-task and perform cross-functional duties successfully
• Passion for building and maintaining customer relations and satisfaction
• •Knowledge of Microsoft applications including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word. Experience with SAP is highly beneficial

Practicing best-in-class communication with internal and external customers

• Analyzing order patterns, suggesting improvements and flagging deviations
• Managing light accounts and supporting sales managers
• Problem solving: handling of complaints and incidents, including progress monitoring and follow-upIssuing credits and perforing re-bills
• Keeping price information up to date
• Collecting and analyzing data for optimization
