In this role, you will be the business partner for the cluster sales teams and together you will drive profitability and topline growth. You will advise the business on risks and opportunities in order to improve the operational result.
Your responsibilities
• You are a true sparring partner for the business; have an independent view on the business and support the commercial teams pro-actively to drive profitable growth
• You will pro-actively coordinate with sales teams the creation of strategic plans, annual budgets and monthly forecasts.
• You will work closely with the regional commercial teams (clusters) on modelling new commercial business initiatives, with clear assumptions and possible risks and opportunities. You clearly act as a right hand to the regional managers.
• Together with the Data Performance & Analytics team you are responsible for the design of all finance related reporting, analysis pertaining to sales dashboarding and KPI’s.
• You are responsible for the actual closing and sales- and margin reporting.
• You are part of the controlling team, and an essential contributor towards achieving the overall objectives for the finance organization.
