In this function you deliver expertise, coordination, progress monitoring and results of projects for equipment, buildings and building related installations, as well as other process or product related projects. You also provide project management support to other project teams.

You tasks will be:

  • Leading small PMO projects
  • Capable of leading 3-5 PMO projects simultaneously. 
  • Initiation, execution, hand over and close out of projects according to the companies' standards, guidelines and procedures. 
  • Tracking of project progress on safety, scope, time, budget, resources, risks by using and installing metrics, organizing project team and steering team meetings and pro-actively addressing and escalating issues. 
  • Taking care of initiation and administration of projects in SAP.
  • Taking care of resource administration of projects in SAP. 
  • Administration of PMO.
  • Point of contact for project related SAP questions and GCM related questions
  • GCM and MoC owner of projects
  • Giving project management support to other project teams. 
  • Pro-actively apply Change Management and Lean Six Sigma tools 
  • Initiate, lead and or contribute to standardization of processes and methodologies within PMO
  • Ensuring that all activities and documentation complies to GMP, SHE and financial regulations.

Vaardigheden

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Technology or equivalent qualifications 
  • Experience in leading projects, preferably in biotech, pharmaceutical or chemical manufacturing operations

  • Business acumen, with the ability to engage people by making project objectives understandable

  • Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English is a must
