Backend developer - PPC
In Performance Marketing we are the primary entry point for acquisition of new customers for Booking.com.
The PPC (Pay-Per-Click) group accounts for a significant portion of Performance Marketing. We are composed of world class data scientists, engineers and marketeers focused on driving acquisition of new customers via online advertising. Behind all this is a critical and highly scaled infrastructure of system, tools, data pipelines and ML infrastructure that makes sure we are spending our money wisely and attract traffic to our website as efficiently as possible.
As part of this dynamic and highly impactful team you will be working to modernize and build new systems to support online auction bidding at scale as well as a high velocity of experimentation. You will use cloud based technologies to build new systems to support higher levels of reliability, resiliency and performance of our systems. You will also, along with the rest of our team, support the reliability of our existing infrastructure.
As a Back End Developer, you are responsible for the development, performance, and scaling of our online marketing/advertising systems.
