We are looking for a passionate Marketer to help out on new regional launches and brand-building efforts. You have an opportunity to make a strong marketing contribution to cross-functional core teams as well as associated activities to support the field of renal denervation and the brand. Key responsibilities of the role include:
•Development and implementation of Regional Marketing Plans in line with Global Strategy and timelines.•Provide analysis of the competitive environment and in collaboration with team members clearly define positioning, key strategies and target audiences for assigned programs•Execute launch in targeted countries and brand plan, including multi-channel marketing deliverables•Determine the most appropriate media and vendors to deliver promotional messages that are clear, concise, and persuasive and delivered with enough frequency to be heard, seen and/or read.•Follow up on physician certification as per list of segmented accounts •Follow up and assess the results of promotional efforts: Schedules meetings and travels to the field to exchange information with the sales force regarding basic program-related needs, end-user input, and the general market environment, and gather first-hand information from dispensers, trade channels and customers.•Model go-to-market forecast to ensure availability of products and demand•Develop and maintain in partnership with clinical marketing an A-account- and KOL-strategy and measure the success.•Attend conventions and present assigned products and programs at trade shows, end-user presentations, and other similar events. Develop presentation scripts and materials and coordinates additional personnel in presentations or demonstrations.•Support category-related activities that support the field of renal denervation, in coordination with Market Development and countries colleagues•Contribute to the evolution of product, brand and therapy positioning as needed, managing the planning processes with consequent rollout to stakeholders and implementing global activities/tactics•Close collaboration with cross-functional business partners and pan-regional marketing colleagues is critical to personal success and global travel/coordination for understanding of customer needs and relationship development is required.Must Have: Minimum Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree• 4+ years’ experience in a brand/product marketing, sales, sales support or technical role (2 years with Masters)Fluent English language knowledge; any other European language a plus •Project management experience.Ability to build interdependent partnerships that cooperate across functions and geographies.Proven track record of developing and delivering successful marketing strategies and plans within required timelinesExcellent training and presentation skills•Microsoft Office Suite experience including PowerPoint and ExcelNice to Have:
• MBA or advanced degree in health policy or economics • Previous healthcare work experience in marketing, business development, sales, therapy development, engineering or science • Brand/product marketing with global/international marketing experience in complex matrix business structure• Experience with vascular medical device products would is helpful• Technical and financial and modeling skills with the ability to manipulate large data sets and draw conclusions from the dataLocation:
