We are looking for a full time result drivenI IT Coordinator and with attention to detail individual who is going to be acting as the company’s backbone of the IT local infrastructure. Responsible to secure, troubleshoot and maintain the IT assets. The IT coordinator will be working across the different departments to improve their productivity through the implementation of IT technologies and training.
Responsibilities:
The job holder is responsible for:

• Regular improvement, security and maintenance service to Network servers / IT infrastructure,
  End users’ computers and IT assets (software and hardware).
• Provide technical support to users;
• IT Assets purchases and disposals;
• Telecom and service contracts;
• Create and update the IT department’s documentation, including procedures, working rules and instructions;
• Conduct security and productivity trainings;
• Assist to develop new projects with IT involvement;
• Stay informed of development in the IT world;
• Accountable for backup of systems and all data;
• Handle the organization hosting information;
• Follow up and implement HCC IT and security protocols;
• Keep the network secured and compliant with the latest European laws.
