You have a proven experience with working in an analytics and reporting team. You demonstrate a sound understanding of reporting best practices, communication skills with stakeholders, and are a reall team player. Furthermore:

  • we’re looking for someone with an academic (WO-level) or higher educational (HBO-level) degree in the field of business administration, management sciences, or another relevant field of expertise
  • proficient with the following tools/programs:

    • Data structures and data manipulation possibilities (e.g. translating and tweaking a data source into new insights)
  • understanding of and experience with using analytical concepts: hypothesis development, designing solutions, drawing conclusions, and developing actionable recommendations for organisational units;
  • strong problem solving, quantitative and analytical abilities;
  • excellent communication and collaboration skills;
  • “can do” mentality, proactive and full of energy & drive;
