Within the Data Analyst Transport Analytics Team EMEA role, you coordinate and integrate the reporting of transport related information and performances within EMEA. You identify and recommend opportunities for improving efficiency, effectiveness and capabilities for the Logistics Transport organization across EMEA. You develop and implement reports, tools and/or processes to improve the transport business and visibility.
In this position you will independently fulfill a variety of tasks such as data monitoring, advise/influence on key improvement areas within Transport, both structural and for ad-hoc issues:
•KPI reporting for Logistics Transport EMEA on Master Data. •Participate in continuous improvement efforts through data focused thinking; perform process assessments identifying opportunities and prioritization. •Work closely with LCC team members on improvements to reach 10x Vision of Logistics•Work on short task assignments, as required to identify, report and document process defects and improvement opportunities. •Train new hires within Logistics Transport EMEA on system set up and KPI’s. •Responsible for system data and improve on a daily basis•Validation of data with different EMEA stakeholders
Be an ambassador for the Logistic Competence Centre and Medtronic.Must Haves
-Bachelor’s/masters level; -Excellent command of English (reading, writing & speaking) and local required language;-No specific number of years of experience required. This position is available for candidates at Associate level up to Senior level;-Strong team player
Nice to Haves
-Strong (data) analytical skills, expert in Excel and other reporting tools;-Good system knowledge (SAP & Microsoft office applications);-Experience with information systems (e.g. WMS, CRM); -Experience in driving change towards operational excellence; -Some experience in warehousing and distribution; -Comply with the organization's Quality Management System and Quality Objectives;-Operational experience in an multinational environment; -Experience in Lean Sigma and/or TQM, JIT, OPTYour Answer
