In this position, you will be working as a customer service representative in Tilburg. The company was founded back in 2009, and has since grown exponentially and has even become a market leader in its sector. This company focuses on online sales of a number of different products. Today, the company counts almost 200 employees, who strive every day to make a difference.
You will get a temporary contract through Randstad for the first three months, and afterwards there is a chance of getting a direct contract at the company itself.
You have experience as a customer service representative, and speak German on a (near) native level. Next to that you are also fluent in Dutch. Patience, customer oriented and a real problem solver are all characteristics used to describe you.
Every day is different, but your main goal is to keep your customers happy by “surprising” them with your amazing service. This is not a typical call center position! As mentioned, every day is different in the life of a customer service representative, and you get a number different requests on a daily basis, which you help solve and answer. You are proactive and like to think along the wishes of the client, and next to that you sometimes even make up the offer for a big customer order.
This company is growing fast, which means that next to working hard, successes are celebrated regularly! This job is - except for the first training week - mostly work-from-home for the coming period. As corona measures become less strict you will work from the office around 2 days a week. So you don't necessarily have to live closeby!
