Partner Services focuses on providing a relevant partner base with the best offerings to our guests. In order to do so we engage with existing and future partners to realize this goal. To support this strategy, we are looking for a Senior Manager Commercial Performance within the Commercial Excellence team, part of Partner Services.

The Sr. Manager Commercial Performance leads all aspects of stakeholder management for Central Partner Services, including product and segment owners and our go-to-market channels, with the aim to achieve optimal commercial results.

For Partner Services this Sr. Manager leads the Commercial Performance team that orchestrates conversations about the business units’ ambitions and translates that to target setting and cross channel efforts, which ultimately drive commercial success to different segments of our partners around the world.

The Sr. Manager Commercial Performance is responsible for building commercial frameworks, processes and approaches, and monitoring that they have the buy-in of all stakeholders. Builds annual and quarterly processes to direct, monitor and steer commercial performance in line with the agreements with Business Units. They are alsoresponsible for building and leading a team of several disciplines and senior roles e.g Global Commercial Excellence Managers, Program/project managers for business partner management, analysts and reporters.

  • Strategize our stakeholder management model to deliver maximum success as part of the business plan process
    • Design stakeholder management models and processes that align with business needs
    • Build strong frameworks for project and expectation management
    • Help translate commercial business needs into robust service and delivery plans
    • Organize a clear target setting process together with Business Units, FPA and PS channels
  • Support the overall distribution strategy for Partner Services channels
    • Define managed portfolio, and orchestrate service levels for partners
    • Ensure the mix of different channels in the most effective and ROI positive way, based on data analysis and algorithm
  • Build and use a framework to monitor, steer and improve delivery by Partner Services
    • Build yearly and quarterly framework/processes to direct, monitor and steer commercial performance in line with the agreement with Business Units
    • Initiate and coordinate programs/projects to increase performance
    • Built analyses to get insights and logics/algorithms to improve the distribution strategy
    • Organize feedback loop from PS channels to BU’s
  • Empower Partner Services channels for expert consultancy
    • Look for opportunities to leverage channel expertise to benefit other stakeholders
    • Work with stakeholders to leverage channel expertise in strategy creation
    • Ensure there are structured well thought through stakeholder meetings and reviews

B.skilled

  • Management & Leadership of senior commercial specialists, project managers, business control, analysts and reporters
  • A minimum of 8-years in a multinational company working on client management and sales and marketing
  • Ability to lead & influence across functions & business units
  • Strong communicator & stakeholder management
  • Experience in processing strategy into a target and monitor framework for different go to market channels
  • Strong abilities across business & data reporting
  • Ability to critically review and analyse complex situations
  • Preferred experience working in headquarters type environment
  • Knowledge of the travel/accommodation industry advantageous
