ING WB Innovation – Service Designer
We are looking for the most entrepreneurial talents outside the bank to work with initiatives that can make a real change and have an impact on the future of banking. We offer a great opportunity to work alongside experts and entrepreneurs to re-invent a growing number of value spaces such as trade, lending, commercial real estate and more!
Your primary goal is to work with selected innovation initiatives in Amsterdam. You have to support the initiative to explore, design, develop and test their proposition through phases of validation and iteration. From problem fit to solution fit to market fit. In such process you bring user insights to the table and support start-up developing a customer centric business.
You will need to have understanding of multiple facets such as business, customers and technology. You need to be a fast learner, be hands-on involved in different experiments and often challenge the status quo.
Your working environment
Within ING WB Innovation, home grown initiatives will work side by side with internal and external experts. There is an open and collaborative atmosphere. Teams will be guided by PACE coaches and service designers, and can seek support from a range of mentors both inside and outside the bank. The program is structured around well-defined stages of progress and modelled on real-world start-up stages.
You will be supporting and evaluating the initiatives in their work with ING. Though your prime focus is initiatives in Amsterdam, you will be part of the global service design team, which you will also be expected to support other initiative from London and Singapore.
