Come join the Amazon Key for Business team (KfB) and lead the Go-to-Market strategy for our new B2C door access control technology. The team is actively seeking a highly motivated, highly experienced B2C GTM leader to design and execute the KfB strategy for a unique, innovative and patented entranceway & gate access technology. The role requires a leader who is able to operate both strategically and tactically, think big to drive new opportunities, dive deep in data to uncover customer insights, break down and solve complex problems and drive operational excellence. As the GTM leader for the Key for Business new retail product, your global mandate will be to design and execute the strategic launch of a brand new door access product. You will have 10+ years’ experience in managing consumer electronics sales, digital marketing, channel distribution, and direct sales to the US and EMEA. The GTM leader will drive product roadmaps from concept through launch, devise and implement marketing initiatives, develop strategies to decide price/promotion/product feature sets and collaborate with internal and external product and retail partners to land branding and messaging across all sales channels. This role in intrinsically cross-functional and you will work closely with tech, engineering, product Operations, finance, merchandising, Legal, Marketing and PR to develop and execute go-to-market strategies. This is a high visibility role with frequent opportunities to interact with leadership.

· Conceptualize, structure and execute integrated “Go to Market” plan. Identify target audience/segment priorities and develop product positioning
· Design clear and measurable performance metrics to drive strategic and tactical decisions
· Understand and assess core product opportunities (e.g., opportunity size, appeal, differentiation) in order to proactively determine how to best sell, drive demand and stage product rollout
· Collaborate with KfB Product Engineering, Operations, Legal, and Marketing teams to develop product roadmap and ensure alignment
· Prepare and deliver regular business reviews to team senior management regarding GTM progress and post-launch strategy
· Use data to ensure the voice of the customer is present in product and marketing decisions, and measure channel and sales effectiveness
· Work with research team to develop consumer insights that inform marketing plans, as well as test the effectiveness of marketing activities


· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media or comparable experience in Consumer Electronics sales
· 10+ year B2C relevant channel marketing, retail selling or product marketing experience within the high-tech industry
· 7+ years’ experience building global channels and/or partner marketing programs and engaging with customers in both a business and technical role
· Experience developing and shipping customer-facing products


· Experience thinking outside the box and creating bold visions while maintaining a strong and detailed focus on the bottom line
· Owner mentality and a willingness to roll up your sleeves, dive deep and get the job done in a start-up culture
· Excel at cross-team collaboration, problem solving and have a bias for action to respond to customer and partner needs
· Analytical tendencies with a natural curiosity to measure, test, learn and iterate in order to get the best results possible
· Proven ability to work comfortably and effectively in an ambiguous environment without close supervision
· Experience in writing business documents
· MBA or Master’s degree
