You are a driven HR IT system specialist who takes the lead in setting up our HR IT strategy and application landscape by having a good feeling for the integration of different systems and great (global) stakeholder management skills.
You work at a multinational company which is rated top employer since several years already. You will encounter a challenging environment in which we face different HR IT systems and need to rethink our HR IT structure. We need to decide for example what needs to be centralized and what should stay or become country-specific.
You will be part of the Center of Expertise Information Management (CoE IM) with great exposure within the global IM network within AkzoNobel. Furthermore the role offers the chance to help building up the global HR IT structure with close cooperation with GBS and the HR function as end-customer.What will you do?
You will be responsible to have a good understanding of our current HR IT situation and build up an improved HR IT structure and application landscape. You will write the roadmap for this landscape in close collaboration with HR and IT stakeholders. You will work on safeguarding the rollout of this roadmap next to a focus on innovation.
You will harmonize HR systems and integrate applications. For that, you lead one or more project consultants and you are in direct contact with stakeholders from HR and IT all over the world. You are the key person to determine solution direction for new initiatives / projects, both from technical perspective as well as cost to implement and operate.
Your main work locations are Arnhem, Sassenheim and Amsterdam. There is also opportunity to work from home.Who are you?
You have excellent IT knowledge and experience in HR IT system integration. You are result-driven and pro-active. You are able to adapt your communication style to the audience and speak with IM as well as non-technical stakeholders to take them with you on this journey.
• Great IT and Solution Architecture experience
• HR IT system integration experience, SuccessFactors experience is an asset
• Great stakeholder management, leadership and presentation skills
• Fluency in English, any other language is an asset
