Sales Project Manager

We’re looking for a highly-experienced Sales Project Manager who can drive successful policies and boost business development across our European markets. Ready for the challenge?

As a truly global operation, with customers from Berlin to Brisbane, it’s vital to ensure that business development and key accounts are expertly handled across our markets. That’s where you come in.

All about the role

As our Sales Project Manager for all European markets, you lead an international team that deals with key accounts/chains and data analytics. You’ll help them boost our business development and account management, building a roadmap for success.

Consistency is key to the role. That means driving consistent policies across our countries, such as the discount matrix, refunds of cancelled orders and pooling. Working with the Process Manager, you’ll also help ensure our sales teams are aligned across all markets.

As part of this varied and impactful role, you’ll also:

  • Report into our Sales Director
  • Work with the Head of Sales to drive the business review agenda and define a timeline for it
  • Develop the structure and consistency of reports & presentations we share with Key Accounts/Chains across Europe
  • Manage the sales incentive plan for Chain Sales team members
  • Lead and manage the compliance and KYC elements & communication for chains across Europe
  • Offer new and effective ways to improve our value proposition
Can you deliver...

Here are the ingredients we need from our project management expert:

  • ​7+ years’ experience in Chain/Key Account roles
  • Consultancy experience is a major advantage
  • The ability to mentor and develop a talented team
  • An analytical mindset and the ability to take a helicopter view of the business
  • Good communication skills & the ability to handle a wide range of stakeholders
  • Able to produce key data-driven insights and an affinity with IT/Product issues
  • Fluent English (written & spoken)
