As a Team Leader your main responsibility is to lead and inspire a group of customer service agents who make our German-speaking customers' lives easier.
You will support and develop your agents in such a way that they can offer the best service to our customers in an efficient way. To achieve this, you will hold development talks, give daily feedback and ensure that the other factors involved in our daily business are in balance.
The position is to be placed in our customer service center in Maastricht, The Netherlands. As a team leader you are part of the Team Leader team and report to the Center Operations Manager.
