About the Project Management Office (PMO) department

The scope consists of a couple of dozen projects, mainly in the HR or Finance space with a total spend of several million. Our team is a mix of senior, medium, and junior level Program/Transition/Project/Portfolio and Change managers. We all enjoy sharing our expertise and passion with others. For that reason and to bring in fresh talent and ideas, we would like to have more interns in our team. So please read the internship description below and let us know if you’re interested.

Internship description

Key Objectives

  • Responsible for maintaining parts of the PMO intranet page
  • Responsible for organizing the reoccurring PMO projects/ transitions sessions
  • Supporting in the general administration of PMO
  • Supporting in different projects and transitions.
Key Accountabilities and activities

Responsible for maintaining parts of the PMO intranet page:

  • Update the intranet page for PMO / transitions / projects
  • Store and clean up documents in the digital library
  • Process authorization requests

Responsible for organizing the reoccurring PMO project/ transitions sessions:

  • Support the project scheduler with gathering KPI’s from the project manager/ transition managers
  • Support the project scheduler to prepare meeting (booking of meeting rooms, writing invitation, creating a distribution list, actions/ minutes etc.)
  • Facilitate in the presentation (story line, agenda, slides)
Supporting in different projects and transitions:
  • Support a project manager/ transition / change manager in projects and transitions:
    • Create / perform / analyse project management overviews
    • Assist with continuous improvement of current project/ transition/change processes.

Supporting in general administration of PMO:

  • Assist with verifying the invoices and processing of invoices on weekly basis
  • Handling team mailbox and queries
  • Handling administrative on/off boarding hires of PMO and OCM globally
