Digital Job Marketing Specialist - Amsterdam

All about the role

As our Job Marketer, you create and optimise high-quality recruitment campaigns for our corporate roles. Working with a range of platforms - including Indeed, LinkedIn and Glassdoor – you’re able to track the success of multiple channels and campaigns at once.

This is a role that offers plenty of autonomy, including the opportunity to create your own campaign playbook. With the focus on attracting relevant leads, you’ll also develop clear performance targets to match our hiring needs.

In this varied position, we’re also counting on you to:
  • Build Google Ads campaigns to attract candidates
  • Gather important data insights from Google Analytics to help improve our campaigns
  • Work with your colleagues in the Recruitment Marketing team to find new ways to attract high-quality leads
Can you deliver…

Ready to take our recruitment into top gear? Here’s what we need from you:

  • 2-4 years’ experience in creating marketing campaigns. Recruitment experience is not essential, but an advantage
  • Fluent English (written & spoken). Additional languages are a plus
  • Strong knowledge of Google Analytics
  • A proactive, problem-solving and data-driven mindset
  • Ability to adapt quickly to new systems and technologies
  • Experience of working in an international and/or e-commerce company is useful
