Sales Process Manager

We’re looking for a sales process expert to take our Restaurant Sales teams into top gear. Interested? Then keep reading!

Based across nine international offices, our specialist teams handle everything from app development to marketing campaigns and sales management. That’s where you come in.

All about the role

As our Sales Process Manager, you’ll be a key part of the Restaurant Sales team. In simple terms, you design and implement our sales processes.

That means defining sales strategies and ensuring they align with central sales management and our overall business needs. Your communication skills will also be key, both on paper and in person.

We’re counting on you to drive process improvement, through detailed documentation and process flows. But you’re also a vital contact point, liaising with the Head of Sales and global Sales Representatives to track our sales opportunities.

In this varied role, you also have the opportunity to:

  • Boost sales productivity by helping streamline and simplify the way your team work
  • Oversee the end-to-end process of tracking the sales funnel and operational metrics
  • Use that tracking data to deliver useful insights on topics like KPIs & sales processes
  • Centrally manage sales-related risk control and compliance
Can you deliver…

As our next Sales Process Manager, we’re hoping you can tick these boxes:

  • 2-3 years’ experience in sales roles, preferably within an e-commerce environment
  • Knowledge of BiZZdesign, LogicManager and/or Helpjuice is a major advantage
  • Fluent English language skills (written & spoken)
  • Well-organised, structured way of working and a problem-solving mindset
  • Good interpersonal skills and enjoy working in a team environment
  • Able to balance a wide range of responsibilities
