Loyalty Programme Manager

The Loyalty Shop was launched in 2016. The current set-up is an MVP which enables us to test and learn more about customer behaviour. Based on these insights, we’re now ready to expand the programme in terms of scope, UX and functionality. To equip ourselves for the journey, we’re scaling up our loyalty team.

As Loyalty Programme Manager, you play a key part in the strategy and execution of the programme – from UX to campaigning, and from stakeholder management to optimising the strategy.

Working as part of the fast-growing Retention Marketing Team in our Amsterdam HQ, you’ll collaborate with colleagues in a range of teams – from Customer Activation to Product, IT and nearly all our marketing functions.

All about the role

As our Loyalty Programme Manager, we’re counting on you to develop and contribute to our vision and strategy. Using market best practices, customer data and your own experience, you’re able to optimise and execute our cross-country strategy on a daily basis.

That means everything from executing customer engagement campaigns to launching our operations in new markets and rolling out new features. As a natural collaborator, you’ll interact with cross-functional teams like CRM, Brand Marketing, and Product.

In this varied position, we’re also counting on you to:

  • Analyse consumer data and campaigns to enhance your customer understanding and use those insights to develop future plans
  • Execute customer engagement campaigns working teams like CRM, Brand Marketing, and Customer Activation.
  • Assess the business impact of new features and provide your requirements to the product owner to contribute to the roadmap
  • Develop the expansion plans for new markets & campaigning with a range of cross-functional teams
  • Work closely with the development agency and IT & Product stakeholders to provide feedback on functionality and bugs
  • Design new incentives and marketing campaigns with your team, to help reward loyal customers
  • Work together with in-market activation managers to cultivate partnerships that boost the programme
  • Report and track KPIs, optimising your strategy & execution based on those insights
  • Maintain the Loyalty Programme budget
Can you deliver…

As our Loyalty Programme Manager, we’re hoping you can tick the box for the points below:

  • 5+ years’ experience in Loyalty, Marketing and/or CRM roles
  • A Master’s degree
  • Strong analytical skills and comfortable undertaking customer & campaign analysis and collaborating with data analysts. Knowledge of GA 360, Excel, SQL is a plus
  • Customer-centric mindset and a natural understanding of consumer psychology
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Perfect English language skills (written & spoken). Dutch and/or German is an advantage
