Senior Global Campaign Manager

All about the role

As an experienced campaign manager, you help deliver engaging and innovative global campaigns with that special flavour. Collaboration is a key ingredient of this position, and you’ll be part of a talented and sociable team based in our Amsterdam HQ.

Leading campaigns from start to end, you’re able to use your instincts – and data insights – to build multi-channel campaigns that are optimised for each platform. You’ll also support our Global Campaign Lead on various key initiatives.

As part of this impactful role, we’re also counting on you to:

  • Ensure that our global campaigns are localised for 15+ markets across multiple channels (TVC, OLV, SBB, Social Media, OOH, Display etc.)
  • Collaborate with agencies, partners and internal departments – including Brand Managers, our in-house creative agency, Digital and CRM teams – to ensure all projects are properly aligned
  • Brief, plan, execute and evaluate marketing activities and make sure they fit our overall brand strategy
Can you deliver…

These are the ingredients we need from our Senior Global Campaign Manager:

  • 6+ years’ relevant experience in marketing roles (FMGC or eCommerce), developing successful global campaigns
  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing/Communication or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Fluent English (written & spoken), with good communication skills. Additional languages are a plus – especially German, Dutch, Polish or French
  • Strategic thinking with the ability to make key decisions and manage external agencies
  • Natural creativity and a test & learn approach
  • You’re a well-organised planner who enjoys collaborating with a wide range of people
