ING is looking for a (senior) manager in the Pricing & Value Creation team, a small international team of high impact change agents (mostly with consulting and commercial analytics background). The team is part of the Global Retail Products department in ING’s global headquarters in Amsterdam.
What you'll do
As part of the job, you identify commercial opportunities in our retail business, within the domains of pricing, marketing & sales effectiveness, and to define an actionable strategy to capture this value. Key areas of responsibility include customer lifetime value management, sales funnel optimization, pricing optimization, challenging local change agenda’s for required tooling and systems. Aligning on priorities with local retail leadership. The role reports to the global head of retail pricing and value creation.
As a transversal topic expert, you will work closely with the global and local product teams, and you act as the linking pin between other transversal functions, like finance, CI and digital channels. As such, you will have a coordinating role for our 14 retail business worldwide.
You will be part of the global retail headquarters team, a highly diverse and international team, based in ING’s brand new Cedar office. In addition, the job offers the opportunity of frequent travel to ING’s retail businesses in Europe and Asia.
