All about the role

As our Sales Process Manager: Takeaway Pay, you’ll play a key role in designing and implementing our sales processes. That means developing new sales programs and ensuring we have the necessary tools for success.

You’re also able to produce insightful presentations and documentation.

This ranges from potential improvements and project outcomes to keeping everyone from new starters to senior management informed. You’re able to clearly outline the different processes you design and optimise.

Additionally, your knowledge of compliance means you can produce documents for third-party auditing.

In this varied role, you’ll also have the opportunity to:

  • Boost sales productivity by helping streamline and simplify the way the teams work
  • Oversee the end-to-end process of tracking the sales funnel and operational metrics
  • Use that tracking data to deliver useful insights on topics like KPIs & sales processes
  • Centrally manage sales-related risk control and compliance
  • Act as a key contact point for the Head of Staff and global Sales Representatives
Can you deliver...

Ready to take on the role? Here are the ingredients we’re looking for:

  • 4+ years’ experience in sales roles, preferably within an e-commerce environment
  • Knowledge of BiZZdesign, LucidChart and Salesforce
  • Fluent English language skills (written & spoken)
  • Well-organised, structured way of working and a problem-solving mindset
  • Good interpersonal skills and enjoy working in a team environment
  • Able to balance a wide range of responsibilities
