The Role

Tesla Motors is seeking a strong, motivated and knowledgeable material handler to work in Remanufacturing Tilburg. The ideal candidate will have experience in a warehouse environment, preferably working with medium to high volume products. The material handler will work with Remanufacturing Supervisors and Leads to fully understand demand and supply needs. This position will require a person that is capable of understanding the details of material in- and outbound and warehouse management.


  • Escalate any issues that need to be addressed to correct any inbound packaging issues from our internal and external suppliers.

  • Support commercial invoicing, shipping documentation, and country-of-origin info, as needed, to support international shipping.

  • Optimize packaging for all outbound shipments.

  • Transport materials from designated areas to/from production floor using forklift, reach truck, pallet jack or other conveyance methods.

  • Delivers production materials to and from various locations to insure maximum operator uptime including, picking, put away, in housing, loading and unloading.

  • Support and implement warehouse best practices.

  • Working daily with computer software, i.e. Excel, Word, Power Point and E-mail systems, to effectively facilitate communications.

  • Fork Lift and Reach Truck Certified.

  • Maintains inventory of shipping materials and supplies.

  • Conduct cycle counts.

  • Prepare records required to maintain inventory accuracy.

  • Strong attention to detail.

  • Other duties as assigned.

  • Qualifications

  • Valid Fork Lift and Reach Truck license is a must.

  • Ability to work independently on multiple tasks and projects, with various teams including service and supply chain personnel

  • Track record of developing, implementing and driving warehouse business processes and policies.

  • Good organizational skills to manage and track transactional details

  • Good written and verbal communication skills

  • Good team player and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to perform repetitious duties while standing for long periods of time

  • Ability to lift to 15 kg on a daily basis

  • Ability to maintain a safe working environment
