Who are we:
Being based in Amsterdam, our own delivery service called Scoober is operating in more than 70 cities, 10 countries in Europe and Israel. And yes we’re growing quickly. As a Property Manager within this department you are dealing with local management and external suppliers, to make sure our operational business runs as smoothly as possible. Further, being a part of the Facilities Department, your skills will be utilized to aid other aspects of the business, including Fleet Management and Supply Chain. Because of this, you can expect a diverse working environment where the ability to adapt to ever-changing circumstances is imperative.
What you'll do:
As Property Manager you are responsible for managing, maintaining and improving all real estate that is used by the logistical service Scoober of Takeaway.com.
Your activities run from very operational to highly tactical: solving problems in one of our hubs, as well as managing suppliers and ensuring contractual compliance is maintained. You are not afraid to take on responsibility, show initiative, and can improve the business every day a bit further and show great communication skills.
