About the team
A company's image and fame are important for a potential candidate when deciding to go ahead and apply for a certain position. A candidate's perception of a company as an employer is largely determined by its working conditions, work atmosphere, market position, organisational structure and company culture. We achieve this by organising in house events, visiting career fairs, actively maintaining contacts with colleges and universities, sponsoring student organisations and organising activities jointly with these organizations, and developing campaigns to create a strong employer brand. Our aim is to build a talent network that helps us respond proactively to the human resource needs of an organization. We recruit between 100 and 200 new colleagues each year.

About the job
Thales is seeing a growing demand for new employees within its own organization, and we expect this demand to continue to grow over the next few years. As a Talent Acquisition team, it is necessary to act proactively upon this growing need. By exploring and analysing the labour market and actively contacting potentially interesting candidates.
As a Talent Acquisition Consultant, you will also participate in international projects.
This international dimension will increase all the more that a Talent Acquisition Centre of Excellence for Continental Europe is being built having the Netherlands as one of its hubs. The scope of activities for the role is then to be extended to other European countries and implies strong interaction and collaboration with both the European and Global Talent Acquisition network.
Key Responsibilities and Tasks:
Did you complete your education at a professional or university level (such as a technical education) and do you have several years of work experience in the Talent Acquisition and selection field within the technological industry? Do you have some experience with international projects, and do you have a good command of the English language .Are you ready for your next career move within a wonderful team and an international organization where you will have lots of freedom to shape your own job?
