Global Employee Engagement and Feedback Expert!
How will you contribute to the success of DHL?
In this role, you will play a key part in developing and administering global Engagement & feedback programs aimed at increasing employee engagement and productivity. You will work in alignment with the Global Engagement agenda, HR strategy/practices, and cost budgets.You will support in the application of Business Intelligence, Data Analysis and Analytics plans to identify reporting, and data analysis needs in the area of Employee engagement and feedback!
Key tasks:
- Support the global engagement agenda for Group Functions;
- Create and execute the project plan of numerous global engagement projects and topics (e.g. Recognition, tenure celebration, awards, health & wellbeing, DEIB);
- Support in the execution of the EOS (Employee Opinion Survey) for Group Functions as per defined plans;
- Support the implementation of further analytic tools e.g., employee NPA, employee feedback suite, and others;
- Based on your analysis of the results you identify and create recommendations for the management to generate meaningful insights that drive better decision-making to enhance engagement and performance;
- Linking EOS data with other employee data sources to provide more specific recommendations how to enhance employee experience;
- Support in the design and conduct EOS follow-up workshops;
- Support in the creation of management presentations;
- Maintain required data, files and reports for Engagement projects.
Who will you be working with?:
- You will be part of the global HR team for Group functions responsible for talent management, engagement and Certified;
- Collaborate with colleagues from the Corporate EOS Team, the EOS Champions and support in building community of colleagues responsible for Engagement & EOS within the Service line and HR.
Do you have what it takes?
Qualifications and requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Business, HR, psychology or related field required; Masters degree preferred;
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience;
- A profound understanding of data, analytical challenges and solutions;
- Affinity to work with IT Tools;
- Strong project management skills: planning, impact/risk analysis, matrices;
- Strong understanding of processes and continuous improvement methodology;
- Excellent communication skills and soft skills towards teams and internal customers;
- You work independently and you are happy to work in a global team;
- Ideally experience in the design and facilitation of workshops;
- Fluency in English is required - both written and spoken;
- Knowledge of further European languages is beneficial, but not mandatory.
