For our international Partner, established in Central Holland, including Nieuwegein, Utrecht, IJsselstein, Houten, Zeist, Maarssen, Bilthoven, Harmelen andBreukelen. We are immediatelylooking for an Administrative Assistant. This position is for 30 hours per week and will at least last till the end of January. Your working days are from Monday till Friday, 6 hours per day. The main language is English.

 

Functie Omschrijving

In this job you will mainly be engage with managing the email traffic. You will also be the first line to applicants in Oracle and you are taking care of the receipt of order management. Analyzing mismatching invoices and doing small purchases are also on your job description. Further you do the processing of purchase orders, closing or change if necessary orders and you making sure the supplier data management is correct. This job is for the department procurement and you can start as soon as possible for 30 hours a week (6 hours a day).

 

Vereisten

To qualify for his function you must be in possession of a diplom at least on secondary vocational level (MBO+). You are speaking fluent English, your Englisch writing skill is on at least B1 level and you have a good knowledge of Microsoft Office, ORACLE and I-Procurement. You also have procurement process knowledge and you have multiple years of work experience in a similar position.
