We have an exciting new position available for a Business Partner Facility Services!
Are you looking for a job in facility management with a diverse portfolio from all kinds of in-house and outsourced soft services to real estate maintenance? Not in a primary office location but more a production oriented environment? Then apply!


In this job you will be managing all kinds of contracts and relationships with external parties plus colleagues to implement the best Facility Developments for Royal IHC. Besides the fact that you will be managing these relationships, you will also be directly involved in quality audits, local inspections, etc. at our premises in The Netherlands. You don't mind getting your hands dirty while stepping onto the work floor to get the job done. On the other hand, you will be asked to come up with realistic business cases that you can, once approved, implement.
Your second nature is to manage a varied and complex workload. For this job profile, we're looking for a colleague with business knowledge and, alongside, a perfect sense for hospitality and organizational design.

From experience you know how to manage projects, even though they might not run according to expected project management rules. You will still be able to control and manage the OSBIT (on specification, budget and in time) implementation of facility projects.

In order to do this, we are not looking for someone who starts working after receiving a goal without thinking it through for at least one second…

In this position you will be part of Facility Services, a shared service for the Royal IHC group. The department of Facility Services covers all daily maintenance to facility contracts, environmental permits and lease agreements. Facility Services has two teams Facility Operations and Facility Development. You will report to the Manager Facility Development.

To be eligible for the position of Business Partner Facility Soft Services, you must have:

  • a relevant business-oriented higher vocational education (HBO)
  • a minimum of three years of relevant experience
  • a service-oriented mindset and the ability to take the initiative in order to successfully finish tasks
  • an affinity for facilities and business processes
  • a proactive and hands-on attitude
  • excellent analytical and development skills
  • a category B driving license
  • excellent command of Dutch and English, both written and verbal
  • an EU work visa and the ability to work from the Kinderdijk office in The Netherlands.
