You initiate intercompany transports between warehouse locations by creating STOs (Stock Transfer Orders) in SAP, based on current stock levels, actual developments (production pipeline, sales forecast, in transit replenishment shipments), inventory statuses and parametersTimely communicate any deviations on the current inventory position to the Supply network planner and advise in case of any OOS or Obsolescence issuesMake suggestions for improvements in inventory management or intercompany replenishmentMonitor the flow of incoming and outgoing RTI's (Returnable Transport Items) either supported by SAP or manual and report open balances per customerManaging the return process of empty RTI's with customers logistics departmentsSignaling with the relevant OpCo / Go-to-Market if a customer RTI balance is running out of control limitsMonitor inventory differences and take corrective actions to ensure a correct representation of stocks in the various business systemsParticipate in recurring inventory performance meeting, where the relevant stakeholders acknowledge the conclusions on obsoletes / out of stocks, allocate costs and come up with corrective actionsMake analyses, set up KPIs and report on inventory performance levels in periodic management reportsJob RequirementsYou have a relevant Bachelor / Master degree (logistics and/or operations research).Strong professional knowledge in logistic network optimisationKnowledge of ERP / WMS / SQL queries / SAP preferredYou have project management skills to drive process optimization projectsYou have demonstrated experience in continuous improvement.You have good communication skillsYou speak and write fluently in both Dutch and EnglishRelevant competencies: Result-oriented, structuring, stress resistance, teambuilding, organizational sensitivity, willingness to change, analyticalSalary and BenefitsFrieslandCampina offers a competitive remuneration package and next to that we also consider it important for our people to continue to grow.
