What you’ll doYou are our traffic and conversion machine, ensuring a bigger bang for the buck. You think strategically, analyze and execute. Everything you do breathes continuous improvement. You steer traffic levels with several online channels and activities (SEA, Affiliates, Facebook, Remarketing, etc) and help optimize our sales funnels from the very first contact towards becoming an active user. You are running experiments on a small scale, measuring the results and scaling-up, if successful. As the central online marketeer, you will not only be responsible for online acquisition in the Netherlands but also in other European countries. This means that you’re centrally running the campaigns in close collaboration with international colleagues working locally. Since SnappCar has further international growth ambitions, the online marketing scope will change simultaneously which brings about interesting career opportunities. Responsibilities include: Allocating the online marketing budget among the different acquisition channels and campaigns, in such a way that it maximises growth and creates a good balance between demand (renters) and supply (car owners) on a local level.Monitoring the different acquisition channels and campaign on a daily basis, not only when it comes to registrations but also visibility, activation and improving the customer lifetime value.Coming up with new ideas for (online) marketing channels and create campaigns which are aligned with the SnappCar mission, goals, and values and in good cooperation with the local (offline) marketing activities.Work together with the product team on improving the on site registration funnel.Updating SnappCar’s leadership team on a weekly basis (you will be directly reporting to the international CMO). Your personalityThis position requires exceptional analytical skills, business sense, creativity and an ability to integrate your approach with several disciplines in a highly dynamic environment. We are looking for a strong individual who is self-propelling, obsessed with delivering business results based on quantitative data and continuously comes up with ideas for new campaigns. You are a cooperator who communicates clearly. You are not afraid to share your opinion, which is backed by facts and figures. Your experience A university degree (HBO/WO), preferably in a commercial direction.You have experience with Google Analytics, Google AdWords and Facebook Business Manager.
