As a BI frontend developer you understand the role of data in the daily life of an Airport and how to visualize metrics, analyze functional questions, propose a front-end solution and implement it in a way that aligns with our architecture. - Helping our business stakeholders in identifying their functional data needs.
- Designing and building dashboards in close collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
- Developing dashboards with insights that support data driven decision-making.
- Managing day-to-day progress of your projects, proactively communicate with your stakeholders and work with experts from various disciplines to get their input or support.
- Supporting and training our business users in effectively using dashboards and datasets for self-service purposes.
- Contributing to the further development of the BI developer community at Schiphol.
At the Royal Schiphol Group, we have established a Data, AI & Analytics department (DnA), tasked with accelerating our group-wide transition to a truly data-driven organization. This department also oversees the strategic use of AI, data and applied data science across the Royal Schiphol Group to identify growth opportunities and areas for innovation with new data products and services.

- Minimum of 4 years of experience as a business intelligence developer.
- At leas 3 year experience in building BI solutions with Microsoft Power BI.
- Excellent skills in DAX and can hold your own in SQL.
- Experience with working in an Agile DevOps team.
- An eye for improving reports and dashboards.
You get this
- € 4744 to € 6582 gross per month (Schaal 12).
- A 13th month (year-end bonus).
- The possibility to work 4 x 9 hours in a 36-hour work week.
- Participation in the ABP pension fund.
